Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on delivered floral arrangements. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, we offer free replacements or a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the issue is confirmed.
For orders placed through third-party services, please contact the platform directly, as they may have separate policies.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Same-day orders may not be canceled once the design or delivery process has begun.
